If you have ordered a ebook from us, and a confirmation email has not arrived, your first step is to look into the Spam queue or Spam inbox. Sometimes emails get routed there for who knows what reason.
If you cannot load your ebook into your ereader, please read through the ereader section. It contains valuable information.
You will find the download link for your item within that confirmation email.
