It's nice to score
We hope we provide quality books, and some of our writers are winning awards to illustrate just that.
This year New Zealand is nation of honour at the largest bookfair in the world, held in Frankfurt, Germany. The New Zealand Society of Authors (NZSA), of which many of our authors are members, decided to take 40 new books to this fair. These were chosen from all over our nation. Three of our shareholders were amongst those forty. Their books include:
- A Dash of Reality by Lee Murray
- The Bungalow at No. 2 Riverside Road by Ian Clarke
Lee Murray has also received the prestigious Sir Julius Vogel Award for New Zealand's Best Science Fiction/Fantasy Novel (Youth) in June 2012. Her book, Battle of the Birds, is published by Taramea Publishing, and we congratulate both of them!
